Operation Phone Home

The best plan for calling cards for troops overseas are the cards that are available from the Military Exchange system. These cards give you all the minutes that are purchased. Unlike other cards that you may purchase 60 minutes and get only 10 minutes of talk time. With this card you get what you pay for. The Military Exchange system will now allow anyone to purchase the cards for a servicemember.
