2009 THANKSGIVING FEAST AND FESTIVITIES
 
Preparations are under way for the USO Thanksgiving Weekend Feast & Festivities. For many of the young Sailors, Marines and Airmen that use our Recreation Center on NAS Pensacola this will be their first Thanksgiving away from their family and friends.
This year we plan on feeding a home cooked Thanksgiving meal to one thousand service men and women away from home on this special holiday. The rest of the weekend brings a BBQ, hot wings and football!! Please check our Thanksgiving Feast and Festivities "needs lists" for how our community can help USO Pensacola provide a true home atmosphere during this special time. USO Pensacola touches thousands of lives through the NAS Recreation Center, the Airport Welcome Center and our Outreach Programs. Our mission is to lift the spirits of America's troops and their families who sacrifice so much to ensure our freedom. Please help us by providing much "needed items" that will help us continue that mission.

USO Pensacola is in need of volunteers to staff our facility on Naval Air Station Pensacola. We are encouraging civilian volunteers to take this opportunity to serve our nation's heroes.
