CANCELLATION/TOUR REFUND POLICY:

Customers are responsible for contacting the USO during business hours on the last workday prior to the event to verify any changes or cancellations.

TOURS REFUND POLICY:

Full refunds are not possible for cancellations. Any cancellation made more than 5 working days in advance of a tour or trip will receive a refund less an administrative fee of 10% of the tour price. Four working days or less, no refund is possible. If the cancellation involves non-refundable tour expenses prepaid by the USO, this amount will also be deducted from the refund. Tour cancellations made by the USO will result in full refunds, but not to those people that previously cancelled their tour. All refunds will be issued by check (min. of 7 USO working days required for processing) and must be picked up within 6 months of the check issue date. Interra-Reisen cancellation policy varies according to the tour for more info call: 0631-350-4805. NO SHOWS ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.

Exception to policy: Military personnel with TDY orders will be refunded in total from start of TDY date. Orders must be brought into the USO (BEFORE TDY START DATE). Families that chose not to continue with tour because of spouse’s TDY and request a refund will be allowed a refund. Please allow as much time as possible for notification. If the cancellation involves non-refundable tour expenses prepaid by the USO, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
